Football broadcaster Herbstreit, 57, shares four sons with his wife, Alison. Herbstreit went on Will and Taylor Lewan’s “Bussin With the Boys” podcast in August, where he shared what he believes is the secret to conceiving boys.
“My wife was a gymnast,” he said. “So when we would get done … she heard the male sperm were faster. She would do a handstand. She would go up on the bed, and we’re four for four.”
Lewan, 35, admitted his wife tried the same.
“My second, we did the same thing,” he said. “My wife was not a gymnast, so I held her legs. And we’re both laughing about it, I’m like, ‘Sweetheart, we’re getting the boy this time!’”
In Lewan’s case, however, this method did not prove successful. He and his wife, Taylin, share three daughters.
