Do you feel that in the air? The annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show approacheth. And, as usual, it’s going to be a cornucopia of beachy waves, golden and glowing makeup and the best darn lingerie get-ups you’ve ever seen. After a two year international hiatus, VS is bringing its show back to New York along with a killer glam squad to ensure that the Angels and supermodels all look their best for their stateside walk in late November or early December. Consider it the all-star team of hair, makeup, nails and skin.
As we have previously reported, red carpet and celebrity makeup artist extraordinaire Charlotte Tilbury will be taking the helm as the makeup lead for the lingerie extravaganza, which makes perfect sense because she is known for her sexy, sultry looks. Tilbury will be be using a slew of new VS beauty products including the Major Lashes Full Volume Mascara, Victoria’s Secret Brow or Never and the Victoria’s Secret Velvet Matte Cream Lip Stain in addition to some of her very own Charlotte Tilbury beauty products.
On hair, it has been confirmed that celebrity hairstylist Anthony Turner will be leading the tresses operations with the help of Conair. Think bouncy, fully shiny manes that blow in the wind. Ma-jor.
While the gorgeous strands and ethereal face beats will surely be awe-inspiring (not to mention our go-to date night looks for months to come), good glam is nothing without great skincare. And the lucky ladies are being treated to the good hands of Georgia Louise, a facialist and aesthetician known for her ability to chisel cheekbones and depuff even the most tired of faces. In fact she gave Karlie Kloss this clutch tip about using ice water to get a gorgeous glow, which the now-married supermodel shared at last year’s show.
No look will be complete with dainty and groomed hands and the Angels will be relying on the manicures by LeChat Nails. And for the final touch: they’ll be strutting their stuff in the Victoria’s Secret’s newest LOVE star fragrance. Because you’re never fully dressed unless you’re wearing perfume. Even if you’re only wearing undies.
