True beauty! Caitlyn Jenner took the stage at the ESPYS 2015 on Wednesday, July 15, where she accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage Award, and she absolutely stunned in an elegant white dress.
The I Am Cait star, 65, who was awarded the honor for her inspiring transformation into a transgender woman and activist, channeled Old Hollywood in a long-sleeved Versace gown, complete with a crisscrossed bodice, which created ruched details. She also added drop earrings and peep-toe Stuart Weitzman high-heeled sandals.
Just like her style—chosen with the help of Angelina Jolie‘s stylist, Jen Rade—Jenner’s beauty choices were lovely and understated: golden eyes, peach cheeks, and a rose-hued lip. She styled her hair into loose curls and pinned them up on one side.
Beginning her acceptance speech on a light note, the reality TV star joked, “Picking out this outfit—okay, girls, I get it! You have to get the dress, the shoes. Next is the Fashion Police. Please be kind to me, I’m new at this.”
Of course, Jenner wasn’t alone. The reality star had her family—including her children and stepchildren, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Brody Jenner, Brandon Jenner, Burt Jenner, Casey Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khloe Kardashian—in the audience, cheering her on as she accepted the award.
To them, Caitlyn said: “I always wanted my children to be so proud of their dad, for what he was able to accomplish in his life. You guys have given so much back to me—you’ve given me so much support.” Tearing up, she added, “I’m so grateful to have all of you in my life. Thank you.”
