Carrie Ann Inaba's man put a ring on it!
The Dancing With the Stars judge accepted her accountant beau Jesse Sloan's proposal Thursday morning on LIVE! With Regis and Kelly. Sloan, 39, got down on bended knee and popped the question to Inaba, 43, with a 2 1/2 carat sparkler!
Jewelry expert Michael O'Connor tells UsMagazine.com that the ring features a "D-color" princess cut and a solitaire center diamond — with both Inaba and her fiance's birthstones hidden inside the ring's platinum band. Estimated price tag? $70,000.
That hidden detail, O'Connor tells Us, "shows the deep emotional connection between the bride and groom."

Last month Inaba gushed to Prevention magazine that after two years of dating, she and Sloan were planning a summer wedding on the beach. "We want everyone to jump in the water with us after our vows!"
