Charlize Theron dared to go topless underneath a blazer.
Theron, 50, showed off just the right amount of skin while posing at the Apex premiere at the Paris Theatre in New York City on Wednesday, April 22. The actress showed off her underboob while hitting the red carpet, wearing nothing underneath a tailored black Dior blazer. She styled the barely-there look with low-waisted black pants and a white collar with a bow cascading down her frame.
Theron added a pop of color to her look with her glam, which included a cherry red lip. The rest of her glam included glowy foundation, manicured eyebrows, white eyeshadow and long lashes. Her blonde hair was parted to the middle and styled in loose, beachy waves.
The actress further accessorized with a delicate silver necklace, as well as a statement cuff on her ear.
Following the premiere, Theron took to Instagram to show off her risqué ensemble. “APEX premiere….out Friday on @netflix. Suit from @Dior men’s fall 2026,” she captioned the post.
Her friends and fans praised her look in the comments section.

Theron previously showed off her figure in a naked Dior dress at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Los Angeles. Her look featured a sheer bodice with a halter neckline and delicate all-over beading. Her look was complete with a peplum waist and an airy skirt. Underneath, she wore high-waisted underwear.
The A-lister glammed up her look with strappy heels, a number of bejeweled bracelets, chunky rings and a sparkling necklace. She let the look speak for itself and opted for soft makeup and a slicked-back hairdo.
