The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center also hosted a food tasting for us. I wish I had the words to describe not only how delicious the food was, but also how gorgeous the presentation of it was. We were presented with six hor'dourves, two first courses, two entrees, and two desserts (I've listed them below). It was very difficult to make a decision on the meal because everything was so wonderful. The chef is also adding personal elements, including Vietnamese flavors and our tribute to the Indy 500 with pork tenderloin sandwiches and our signature drink, the trackerita. I know people say that the bride and groom are typically too busy to eat their meals on their wedding day, but I will definitely make it my personal mission to make time for the meal because I would be foolish to let such great food pass me by uneaten.
