Looks like Courteney Cox is staying busy now that Cougar Town is on hiatus until its season premiere in November — she's moonlighting as a writer!
The actress, 47, has been announced as the Home Editor of xoJane.com, a new women's lifestyle website, where she will share her beauty and decorating tips. The site describes itself as "where women go when they are being selfish, and where their selfishness is applauded."
The site was launched this past May by Sassy and Jane magazines-founder Jane Pratt, who met Cox 15 years ago and has since been turning to the actress for beauty and home tips.
Cox is its first celebrity columnist among a staff of saucy and savvy beauty, sex/love, fashion, and tech editors. Her first post went live on Monday, where she revealed that she gets her signature dark, brunette locks from a $9 box dye, but splurges on $60 foundation.
In addition to being a beauty fiend (CARGO has named a lipstick after her called "Cece), the Scream 4 star has always had a knack for home design. She graced the cover of ELLE DECOR's July/August issue, which takes readers through her newly redesigned Malibu home. She also had plans to study architecture at Mount Vernon College for Women, but dropped out to pursue a career in modeling and acting.
