Ella Langley had a creative solution to a wardrobe malfunction.
Langley, 27, got candid about handling a last-minute fashion faux pas while opening for Morgan Wallen over the weekend. In a pic, which she shared via Instagram on Sunday, July 19, Langley explained that her “entire dress came unzipped” while performing her second song during a “60-minute set.”
The singer made sure to note that her style snafu happened amid “the pouring down rain in a stadium full of people.”
Langley made the moment seem like part of the show, and had a backup look ready to go. On stage, she pulled a Baltimore Ravens jersey over her pink mini dress, which featured beaded floral detailing and a fringe hem. Fans cheered her on while she smiled and shrugged to her audience. The jersey completely covered her frock and was finished with her last name on the back.

A video of her changing went viral on TikTok, with fans quickly sharing their thoughts.
“Quick fix for a zipper malfunction— L♥️VE me some Ella,” one wrote. Another social media user added, “She makes anything look good.” A third follower commented, “This happened so seamlessly I didn’t even notice.”
Langley isn’t the first star who has overcome a wardrobe malfunction on stage. In May 2024, Olivia Rodrigo was seen dealing with a broken bra top while dancing to her hit “Love Is Embarrassing” during her GUTS World Tour. At the time, she held her bra on her chest while a backup dancer attempted to fix the clasp. After running off stage to change into a new look, Rodrigo, 23, joked about the moment, telling her fans, “Sorry guys, almost flashed you there for a second.”
Taylor Swift also had a wardrobe malfunction in November 2023 during the Eras Tour, when her Christian Louboutin heel broke off. She playfully ripped it off her shoe and threw it into the audience.
