These matching cuties! Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi stepped out twice on Thursday, Sept. 10, looking adorable on both occasions in matching ensembles. (aka #RelationshipGoals.)
Glamming it up at night, the Ellen DeGeneres Show host, 57, and the Scandal actress, 42, modeled chic tuxedo-style separates, including identical black blazers, at the launch of DeGeneres’ ED by Ellen line at Bergdorf Goodman. While de Rossi added a ruffled blouse and pointed-toe pumps to her outfit, DeGeneres opted for a crisp button-up shirt and boots.
Of course, the coordination didn’t stop there. Earlier that day, the married couple of seven years stepped out in the Big Apple wearing hers-and-hers plaid shirts—crimson for de Rossi, blue for DeGeneres. The Arrested Development alum wore hers with a fringed purse, high-heeled boots, and black skinny jeans, while the former American Idol judge donned white pants and sneakers.
Despite rumors of a rocky marriage, the pair seemed incredibly in sync—which, according to DeGeneres, is exactly the truth. “We’re kind of flattered [by the breakup rumors], because for a while no one cared about us, and we thought ‘Oh, lesbians aren’t worthy of tabloid stories!'” she joked while visiting Howard Stern‘s SiriusXM radio show this past week. “We’re kind of flattered that they even care about us.”
