The blood orange frock, with its deep V-neckline and way-up-to-there slit, worked the Lizzie McGuire alum’s ample cleavage and toned stems. Duff, 27, topped the tangerine-hued stunner off with a black Pink Stitch blazer, ankle-strap Jerome C. Rousseau heels with gold cap toes, and a glittering clutch.

“I wouldn’t compare [Younger] to Lizzie McGuire, but what drew me to Lizzie was that she was such a relatable character,” Duff told Us Weekly. “When I look at Kelsey, she’s this girl in her 20s who’s motivated and driven. She has her eye on the prize. That is what 20 year olds are doing now.”
