Werk it out! Jenna Dewan Tatum revealed her sexy Women’s Health magazine cover to her 2.7 million followers in a Wednesday, June 22, Instagram post.

“So excited to share this with you guys! One of my favorite shoots!” the July/August cover star, 35, captioned.

Dewan Tatum, who shares daughter Everly with Channing Tatum, posed in a blue and white tie-dye bikini by My Indie Soul. She partially covered up in a white button-down and accessorized with a thick beaded bracelet, a bronze necklace with a small charm and midi rings.

The cover has been in the works for a while. In February, she shot a photo for the story beachside in Malibu, wearing a burgundy string bikini and a poncho from YFB on the Road.

Inside the issue, Dewan Tatum gives fans a look inside her life with Tatum, her husband of nearly seven years. Although the couple met on the set of the action-packed 2006 film Step Up, she told the magazine that her real life with the hunk isn’t as exciting.

“Instagram is just a highlight reel …” she said. “Ten percent of the time, Chan and I have a lot of fun. Ninety percent, we’re really boring.”

The Supergirl star also revealed that she no longer strives for perfection in her personal life. “I realized that if you try to be the perfect mom, perfect wife, perfect actress, you start to feel overwhelmed,” she continued. “You shut down. I got that really fast … I was running back and forth from breast-feeding to filming a scene, overextending myself on every level. I realized I have to make priorities, and my family is No. 1 no matter what.”

Pick up the July/August issue of Women’s Health magazine on June 28, and tune in to Dewan Tatum’s second season of the CW’s Supergirl, premiering October 10.
