Can’t resist a classic! Kate Middleton repeated one of her most memorable ensembles — the ivory coatdress she wore to Prince George’s baptism — to attend Queen Elizabeth II‘s annual garden party at Buckingham Palace in London on Tuesday, May 24.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 34, stunned in the now-iconic ivory Alexander McQueen design with ruffled accents. She even accessorized the style with the same rose-topped Jane Taylor fascinator she wore on the special day. Pearl drop earrings, an L.K.Bennett clutch and suede pumps by Gianvito Rossi completed the ensemble.
The mom of Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 12 months, was accompanied by her husband, Prince William, looking quite dapper in a formal tuxedo with tails, plus a burgundy tie and a top hat. While Middleton has attended the queen’s garden parties in the past, this was the first time the prince accompanied his wife to the outdoor affair.

The garden party followed a busy week of appearances by the duchess. She launched two sailing projects through the 1851 Trust (of which she is a patron) last Friday. Then, on Monday, she joined her husband and her brother-in-law, Prince Harry, at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, where she took in multiple displays honoring the queen’s 90th birthday. Middleton also got to see the flower named after her baby daughter, Charlotte, up close.
