Snip, snip, gasp! Kendall Jenner admitted that she had an “Ahh, wait! Take it back!” moment right after she got her lob haircut, chopped on the set of her Vogue September 2016 shoot, and this behind-the-scenes pic proves it.

Posted via her app on Thursday, August 11 — the same day her first-ever Vogue cover dropped — Jenner shared a snap of herself in celeb hairstylist Garren’s chair, with her hair straight up, Cindy Lou Who–style, and the scissors centimeters away. The look on her face? Casual anxiety.

“My shoots for the Vogue September Issue were so much fun,” she wrote in the entry. “One day, we shot at the craziest house in Beverly Hills with a lake in the backyard. They asked me to cut my hair and, of course, I agreed!” (Us Weekly exclusively revealed that the model had snipped for Vogue‘s September issue back in June.)

In a separate post, the Estée Lauder brand ambassador explained just how proud she was to finally land on the fashion bible. “The cover of Vogue has been my dream for as long as I can remember. I’m so honored and excited about this huge career milestone,” Jenner shared.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star continued, “Thank you to everyone who was a part of this—including my family and friends for always supporting me, and, of course, my fans who have been with me through everything. I couldn’t have done it without your support. I love you all!”
