Kim Zolciak Looks Nothing Like Herself in This Flashback From 1997

Is that the same person? Kim Zolciak shared a sweet flashback photo of herself and newborn baby Brielle Biermann from 1997 via Instagram on Monday, Sept. 7. But her changing looks quickly became the subject of fan speculation soon after.

In the photo the Don't Be Tardy star, 37, is holding a 3-day-old Brielle, who is now 18, and both are wearing all white.

The sentimental snap of the younger version of Zolciak, captioned "Crazy!! Me and @briellebiermann 18 plus yrs ago!!!! Brielle was 3 days old!" reveals Zolciak with her signature blonde locks and lighter eyebrows.

After the pic was posted to the social media site, fans quickly began to speculate about Zolciak's plastic surgery. One fan commented, "She is beautiful and confident and happy! Who gives a crap if she has had work done?" While another added, "I think she just has a better makeup artist, lighting, and better angles. It also looks like she's lost weight. I think she's beautiful and funny." Still others were sure the reality star has had work done. "This nose is not the same as the nose she has now. Her eyes aren't the same either," they said. "But does it matter? As long as it makes her happy and her husband loves it, that's all that really matters."

Zolciak, for her part, has repeatedly denied getting work done on her face, though she admits to a boob job and a tummy tuck. In an Aug. 16 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen, the mom of six said, "I hear you, and I hear this all the time. I did my boobs, my tummy, I did it on my show… I'm very honest with plastic surgery and I've never hidden anything. We all know I do Botox. I'm a big fan of it. My lips are definitely overdrawn."
