Showing Us her ways! Kylie Jenner gave her favorite makeup artists a day off and did her own face in a series of Snapchats shared on Monday, July 11. The process isn’t for the faint of heart: the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 18, warned that the 22-step routine was “low key hard” in one of her captions. If you’re ready to try your hand at achieving a Jenner-worthy face, keep scrolling for our favorite parts from her tutorial.
The Kylie Lip Kit mogul began by blending Make Up For Ever’s Ultra HD Foundation and Urban Decay’s Naked Skin One & Done. She applied Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer all over to cover unsightly undereye shadows and blemishes. For a flawless finish, Jenner doused her Beautyblender in water to ensure that the concealer didn’t look “cakey.” Sephora Collection Colorful Face Powder in Passionate along with Becca x Jaclyn Hill highlighter sculpted her cheekbones, and Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder kept her face in place.
Jenner filled in her brows with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Caramel, noting that she usually uses a medium brown. To give her brows more definition, she outlined them with Becca Ultimate Coverage Concealing Crème. To really ensure that her shape stayed in place, she baked with Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. (Baking is the process of coating your desired area with powder, letting it sit and removing it with a brush.) “Set that bitch,” she instructed her devotees. A few swipes of Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel also held everything together.
After perfecting her bold arches, Jenner dusted her lids with a brown shadow to create a smoky eye. She swiped on Lancôme Oscillation mascara for “natural lashes,” per her description. She also used a Q-tip to clean up fallout around her creases.
To enhance that famous pout, Jenner outlined her lips with Candy K lip liner from her own brand. Koko K lip gloss, which is available on July 15, gave her lips some shine.
