Kylie Kelce is just like Us.
Kelce, 34, got candid about a relatable wardrobe malfunction during a Thursday, July 23, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. During her “comment of the week” segment, Kylie called herself out for not removing a tag from her dress while presenting an award at the ESPYs alongside her husband Jason Kelce.
“Not the dry cleaning tag at the end of the tassel on her dress 😂,” the comment read.
“Um, yes, it was a dry cleaning tag,” Kylie admitted while zooming in on the photo. “Here’s my explanation of the situation,” she continued. “I’ve warned you guys that I’m type B. I wore this dress to give the commencement speech at my college three years [ago]. I recently got this dress dry cleaned. Had it been dry cleaned since then? I don’t think so.”
Kylie went on to say that there was actually a second dry cleaning tag on her dress that went unnoticed to eagle-eyed fans. “To my credit, I got dressed in the backseat of a car,” she said while laughing. “It’s hard to see that when it’s in your lap.” She joked about being a relatable queen to her fans, saying, “I think it’s their way of saying that I am chaotic or unorganized and it actually is a compliment.”
This isn’t the first time Kelce has had a wardrobe malfunction. In May, she opened up about the minor fashion faux pas she experienced during the Webby Awards.
As she accepted the award for “Podcast of the Year,” Kelce realized her hair tie was still on her wrist, which she planned to remove beforehand.
“Yes, I do have a hair tie on my wrist,” she said while breaking down her look. “Did I remember to take it off before the red carpet? Absolutely not.”
Kelce also joked about the fact that she didn’t know what she was wearing until the morning of.
“Am I wearing open-toed shoes?” she said, begging fans not to “zoom in on the dogs.”
“Yes, I am. Should I have been? No,” she laughed. “I shouldn’t have been, but those are the shoes I brought and I didn’t know what I was wearing when I left the house that morning.”
