All dolled up!
The cast of Girls feted the premiere of their hit series in New York City on Monday, Jan. 5, and, naturally, not a high heel or swath of glittery fabric was spared. Stepping out in their most stylish designer duds, Lena Dunham (with a brand-new hair hue), Zosia Mamet, Allison Williams, and Jemima Kirke toasted to the show’s fourth season, which premieres on Sunday, Jan. 11, on HBO.
After stints with platinum blonde and neon green locks, Dunham, 28, returned to her roots, bringing back her signature chocolate brown hair color. The show’s star and creator flattered her figure in a Creatures of the Wind dress, which contained shoulder cutouts and swatches of green, blue, and yellow sequins. She paired the look with Irene Neuwirth jewelry and black strappy sandals.
Mamet, 26, balanced out her edgy gray hair, with a sexy red leather Alexander McQueen fit-and-flare dress. She kept the fiery theme throughout, with a bold red lip and satin Brian Atwood “Manic” pumps in the same hue. The star accessorized with Jennifer Fisher hoop earrings.
Williams, 26, was ultra-glamorous in a navy Monique Lhuillier look, that featured a sheer skirt with jeweled appliqués. She teamed her ensemble with smoky eye makeup and wore her hair pulled back in a low bun. Meanwhile, Kirke, 29, channeled her eclectic style in an Adam Lippes column gown that featured a sexy thigh-high slit. She completed the stunner with embellished Sophia Webster sandals.
A day after the festive premiere, Dunham reminisced on the very beginning, posting a group shot of the cast at the first season premiere shindig on Instagram.
