She just can't quit that blonde ambition! After lightening her brown ombre tresses to a honey-blonde shade on February 17, Lucy Hale has upped the ante: She's gone platinum!
The makeover was unveiled via Instagram by the Pretty Little Liars actress' hairstylist, Kristin Ess. "Going blonder by the minute with @lucyhale," captioned the hair pro, who also styles Lauren Conrad.

And indeed, she is! Though she has held onto her naturally brunette roots (and beloved brows!), the "You Sound Good to Me" singer, 26, now boasts light blonde hair, which she also showcased in a masquerade-inspired behind-the-scenes snap.
But Hale's blonde locks are not here for the long haul. As Ess previously told Us Weekly, the color makeover is just for fun until Hale heads back to Rosewood. "It wasn't for any particular reason other than [the fact that] she has a little downtime between shooting her new movie, Dude, and going back to PLL," Ess explained. "That's when she gets to do fun things, [albeit] only temporarily."
