Even when she's being tame, Miley Cyrus manages to make headlines. At the 24th Annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas festival in Los Angeles on Dec. 7, Cyrus, 21, attended in a shocking new blonde bob.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer was surprisingly covered up with a black turtleneck and large black coat. She posed for pictures with rocker and actress Juliette Lewis and the band Grouplove.
Considering Cyrus was rocking her shaved 'do at the Jingle Ball the day before, chances are the style is entirely a wig, though the singer has expressed an interest in growing out her 'do.
Though Cyrus has had several wild nights out, the singer revealed she's a bit under the weather. On Dec. 8, the wild child pop star tweeted, "vocal rest. vocal vocal vocal rest," and responded "ditto" to a tweet from older sister Brandi Cyrus that read, "I'm gonna cry if I'm not better when I wake up tomorrow. There is too much awesomeness happening to be sick."
The former Disney star continued to raise eyebrows on Dec. 6 at KIIS FM's 2013 Jingle Ball when she twerked in a sparkly red two piece on Santa's lap.
