Here, celeb stylist Vaughn predicts the hairstyles for the leading men for the Oscars on Sunday, March 2.

Jared Leto

"If there’s one thing Jared is going to do on Oscar night, I believe he’s going to keep his facial hair," Vaughn, who's styled Tom Brady, Ashton Kutcher, and Richard Gere, tells Us Weekly. "It’s just enough five o’clock shadow to give the right amount of balance to his longer hair – no matter if he wears it up or down. For the Oscars, I would tie his back into what everyone is calling the 'man bun'. It would be a bit lower and closer to the nape of his neck with added in dry texture, leaving it slightly undone so it’s less slicked back and neat."

Bradley Cooper

"Bradley has a great head of hair, but I think for the Oscars, he’d own his look by taking a bit off the sides so to avoid flyaways, and comb it back," Vaughn says of the American Hustle star. "Keeping in some of his natural hair movement will differentiate it from everyone else."

Christian Bale

"This is going to be a big night for Christian Bale, and he is a man that can be a chameleon on the red carpet," Vaughn, the founder of V76 by Vaughn hair products for men, says. "To stand out, I would keep his face clean of facial hair and do a defined part on the side, with a longer top and shorter sides — very 'All-American," he says of the British star.

Leonardo DiCaprio

"Leo tends to stay classic and true to his leading Hollywood man look. This award season, his look has been polished, with his slick back hair and signature facial hair. He likes to look clean, but there’s an element of sinister-ness in his goatee  – combined with his clean cut, it’s a true sexy man look," Vaughn tells Us. "For the Oscars, I would focus on re-creating the look with true pomp and circumstance, following his traditional look, but focusing on the hair texture and volume. With his hair length there is a lot to play with – we could create a soft wave and defined pieces to modernize the old-Hollywood glamour look."

Chiwetel Ejiofor

"I love Chiwetel’s 'overgrown' look – his grown-out beard and thick, voluminous hair lends itself to an understated look on the red carpet. For the Oscars, I would elevate his look by trimming the hairline sides and cleaning up his beard so that it balances his face and creates a more polished look," Vaughn says of the first-time nominee. "Instead of the full beard, I would trim back his facial hair for that perfectly groomed five o’clock shadow. Sunday is a big moment for Chiwetel and his look should be timeless."
