Move over, Miley Cyrus! Robin Thicke's wife Paula Patton went with a super-sexy look to attend the L.A. premiere of her latest film, Baggage Claim, at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The 37-year-old actress walked the red carpet in a sheer, black Rhea Costa dress that featured strategic embellishments to keep the look PG-13. Thicke's gorgeous wife accessorized with black Giuseppe Zanotti pumps, an Inge Christopher clutch, David Yurman rings, and Parade Designs earrings, red lipstick and matching nail polish. The 36-year-old "Blurred Lines" singer, meanwhile, wore a black blazer, blue T-shirt and black pants while posing with Patton.
An eyewitness tells Us that the spouses of eight years "laughed a lot" on the carpet and were a "cute couple," walking arm-in-arm to the after-party at the Conga Room in L.A.
Patton has stood by her husband amid backlash from his controversial, hyper-sexualized performance at the MTV VMAs with Cyrus last month. During an interview on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Monday, Sept. 23, Patton denied allegations that Thicke had a "slight erection" while Cyrus, 20, was twerking on him and touching him with a foam finger.
"Honestly, the foam finger, I thought was really respectful," Patton told Jay Leno. "To touch him with a foam finger, that's not going to do anything to my man. With a bare finger, you'd see a reaction on his face. She didn't feel anything. He didn't feel anything. I thought it was kind."
