No, you’re not experiencing a royal case of deja vu: The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge, 32, is just like Us! When she finds a dress she loves, she wears it over and over—sometimes even on the same holiday.

Snapped in the passenger’s seat of the royal couple’s car, Middleton looked festive in her candy-apple red Katherine Hooker dress. The mom to Prince George, 17 months (who arrived separately with nanny Maria Borrallo), added sparkling chandelier earrings she’s owned since 2007 and a diamond necklace. She also sported a glam hairstyle: a half-updo, teased at the top for extra volume.

In 2013, Prince William’s wife worked the same style sans jewels. But then, Middleton wasn’t pregnant, which she is now—nearly five months along—and still fits into the bright sheath dress. (While she was in NYC, the Duchess also recycled a non-maternity look, her beloved navy blue Jenny Packham dress, for a dinner at the Met, squeezing into it despite a cinched waist.)

The annual get-together always takes place the week before Christmas and is open to all members of the royal family. The luncheon is also for family members who can’t make it to the Queen’s residence, Sandringham, at Christmas—or those who didn’t get an invite!

Other royals in attendance at the Queen’s luncheon included: Prince Charles, Princess Beatrice, Princess Alexandria, and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent with their daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor.
