Way back in season one, Pretty Little Liar's four fab fibbers, played by Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Shay Mitchell, and Troian Bellisario, had only just met the eternal mastermind of teenage ruin known as "A"—but, oh, how adorable they were!
This 2010 picture gives you a behind-the-scenes peek at Spencer Hastings' (Bellisario) bedroom—fresh from being broken into by "A"!—during Season one, episode 4, titled "Can You Hear Me Now.” Note the cartoon crop tops on Hale and Benson in particular—wouldn't catch such sweet, carefree looks on these ladies now!
Here's a little refresher of the scene, if you don't recall: While the Liars were sleeping over at Spencer's house slash attempting to tune out "A" by blocking all texts and emails, the masked villain sneaked into the Hastings' home and wrote this deliciously creepy message—in red lipstick, natch—on their mirror: "It won't be that easy bitches."
