Baby, boom! Just four months after giving birth, Morena Baccarin hit the red carpet, showcasing her slim postbaby body at the 6th Annual GenR Summer Party hosted by International Rescue Committee in NYC on Tuesday, July 19.

Baccarin, 37, who welcomed daughter Frances with fiancé Ben McKenzie on March 2, stunned in an eggplant-hued sheath that highlighted her slender frame and hugged her curves in all the right places. She accessorized with ankle-strap sandals.

The Deadpool actress, who met McKenzie, 37, while costarring on the Fox series Gotham, made her official postbaby debut while promoting the series at the Fox Upfronts in May. She chose a cobalt blue, wrap-style dress for the occasion that accented her teeny waistline just two months after giving birth.

Baccarin and McKenzie announced the arrival of their daughter in a statement in March. “Morena and Ben are so happy to welcome baby girl Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan on March 2,” the actors’ reps told to Us Weekly. “All are happy and healthy and appreciate the well wishes.”

Frances is the O.C. alum’s first child and Baccarin’s second. The Firefly actress is already a mom of son Julius, 2, who she shares with her ex-husband, Austin Chick. As previously reported, Chick claimed that he and his ex-wife were still together while she was dating McKenzie. Baccarin, meanwhile, stated in court that she is in a “new committed relationship” and that she has plans to marry McKenzie in the future.
