Gomez, 21, rocked a green cut-out Cushnie et Ochs dress with double thigh-high slits that showed off her toned legs. The stunning star accessorized the daring look with turquoise Neil Lane earrings and nude Nicholas Kirkwood heels.
The on-again, off-again girlfriend of heartthrob Justin Bieber earned a Choice Female Hottie nomination, as well as Choice Female Artist, Choice Summer Music Star: Female, Choice Single: Female Artist for "Come & Get It," Choice Break-Up Song for "Come & Get It" and Choice Smile.
Gomez kicked off the night by winning Choice Break-Up Song for her hit single "Come and Get It." Taking the stage, the singer gave a big thank-you to her fans. "Thank you guys so much. I think it's an encouraging song, so I'm glad that everyone is responding really well to it," she said. "I honestly appreciate you guys giving me the opportunity to do what I love every day. So this is your award, this isn't mine. Thank you so much."
