Uma’s new look!
Kill Bill star Uma Thurman looked almost unrecognizable as she walked the red carpet in New York City on Monday, Feb. 9 wearing minimal eye makeup and an all-black ensemble.
Perhaps due to a lack of makeup around her usually very distinctive eyes, the 44-year-old actress looked noticeably different than she had in recent appearances.
Thurman, who often wears bangs, had her blonde tresses smoothed back behind her ears as she walked the red carpet for her new NBC miniseries The Slap, alongside costars Thandie Newton and Melissa George.
Wearing a black sleeveless jumpsuit and bright red lips, Thurman posed for pictures with her fellow actresses, but seemed reluctant to crack too much of a smile.
The mom-of-three revealed recently that she’s enjoying this stage in her life, now that her children are older and she can get back to working a little more.
“I actually find work can be quite relaxing,” she told Britain’s Stylist magazine. “When the children were little I wasn’t able to work like I did before. So now, when I do it’s very much like, ‘This is good, this is my time.'”
