After all, Paris is always a good idea! Victoria’s Secret announced on Monday, October 24, that, for the first time ever, the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will take place in the City of Light. It will later air on Monday, December 5, at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.
The annual bash-slash-lingerie presentation, which has been hosted in NYC, Miami, L.A., London and Cannes in the past, will showcase the label’s top Angels: Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk and Martha Hunt, to name a few. And, as always, the brand (and the models!) will be sharing everything, from behind-the-scenes prep to pink carpet interviews.
But while the location is out there, there are still some things under wraps, including the themes and the performers. In case you forgot, Ellie Goulding, Selena Gomez and The Weeknd all sang during the 2015 show. Aldridge, 30, wore the Fantasy Bra (a fireworks-inspired piece priced at a mere $2 million), and Behati Prinsloo opened the show for the second year in a row — something no Angel has ever done. We’ll see if she nabs the honor again this year!
Victoria’s Secret shared that Jasmine Tookes, Josephine Skriver, Lais Ribeiro, Romee Strijd, Sara Sampaio, Stella Maxwell and Taylor Hill will also walk the runway, as well as a couple “new faces.”
