Flower girl! Elle Fanning debuted a head full of rose pink locks on Monday, July 11. The former blonde, 18, stunned in a summery pale pink dress sprinkled with prints of vibrant blooms while grabbing lunch in Beverly Hills.
The actress Instagrammed a selfie on Tuesday, July 12, to really show off her new shade, one that Fanning called “Dusty 🌹” in her caption. She wore a white top and minimal makeup for her followers to truly get a sense of the drastic change to her hair. The dye job is courtesy of celebrity colorist Jenda Alcorn, who also shared Fanning’s selfie.
The Neon Demon star has proven to be a girl who’s always thinking pink. For the film’s premiere in premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, June 14, she dazzled in a sequined Dolce & Gabbana gown covered in yellow and pink floral appliqués.
Fanning joins several other stars who’ve dyed their hair pink, which is a traditionally popular shade for celebs (see Katy Perry, Shirley Manson and, of course, Pink for examples).
