It's a royal wedding pileup!
Zara Phillips, Queen Elizabeth's eldest grandaughter and Prince William's cousin, is engaged. Buckingham Palace announced the news on Tuesday that Phillips, 29, will wed longtime beau Mike Tindall. No wedding date has been set.
Phillips, an accomplished equestrian, and rugby player Tindall, 32, got engaged at their Gloucestshire home on Monday night. "The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh are delighted with the news," the palace said in a statement.
Phillips, who is 12 in line to the British throne, is reportedly close with her cousin Prince William, who will wed Kate Middleton on April 29 at Westminster Abbey.
She's the daughter of Princess Anne (Prince Charles' sister) and has won medals in equestrian championships. Princess Anne and Zara's father Mark Phillips divorced in 1982.
