Ariel Winter is thrilled with her recent decision to go under the knife. The Modern Family star thanked a laundry list of people following her breast reduction surgery in an Instagram post on Wednesday, Aug. 12.
These starlets have had something to get off their chest: they’ve had boob jobs. See which candid stars have raved about their results, and who regretted going bigger.
“I am extremely humbled,” Winter, 17, captioned a photo of her Glamour magazine spread. “To my fans, you guys have all been so supportive and I couldn’t thank y’all more. You are all amazing human beings and I’m honored to have you. HUGE thanks go to the people who support me, love me, and take care of me in every way possible.”
Winter revealed on Wednesday that she decided to go from a 32F to a 34D because her breast size was too much to handle. She wasn’t happy, she said, and was even bullied online for her appearance. On Instagram, Winter was more positive than ever when she went on to thank her sister, Shanelle Gray, boyfriend Laurent Claude Gaudette, and more for supporting her through this journey.
“It really feels like family,” Sarah Hyland tells Us of the cast (from: left Julie Bowen, who’s “like a big sister”; Ed O’Neill; Jesse Tyler Ferguson; Sofia Vergara and Ty Burrell). The show’s creator even hosted a beach party for them!
“To my incredible sister @shanelle_gray, her husband @davidbarrygray, my beautiful baby nieces, the love of my life @laurent_claude_gaudette and our furry babies Casper and Rocco, my father Glenn Workman, and my best friends @jessiebergg, @huntershocket, @ohmyskyy, and @music4joejoe who have been by my side through everything, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!” she wrote. “I love you all more than anything. I don’t know what I’d do without you guys.” (Gray was granted permanent guardianship of Winter in May 2014 after the actress alleged that her mother, Chrisoula Workman, had been physically and emotionally abusive.)
The ABC star made sure to not leave anyone out, giving a shout-out to her “awesome team,” and ended her note with a positive message to her fans.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars are not always the closest of sister-in-laws. “Family is everything to me,” Teresa wrote in her Bravo blog in October 2011. “If my only brother [Joe Gorga] was married to someone who didn’t crave the spotlight, I know we’d all be a family like we always were.” Gorga […]
“Lastly, never be afraid to speak your mind,” she wrote. “Always make decisions because YOU want to, and always do what makes YOU happy. Xx.”
