This isn't the first post-split get-together for Simpson, 26, and Wentz, 31. On March 12, they grabbed burgers and fries at an L.A. In-n-Out Burger and the next day noshed on more greasy eats at a local Taco Bell.

"Ashlee's been my best friend for five years," Wentz said in a recent interview. "She's the mother of my child. I have nothing but love and respect for her."
