Exclusive Video: Ciara: "I Feel Sexiest When I'm Nude"

She often hits the red carpet in barely-there dresses and slit-up-to-there gowns (see here and here), so it comes as no surprise that Ciara is completely at ease without any clothes on at all.

"I feel the sexiest when I'm by myself, walking around nude," the 25-year-old R&B singer tells Us Weekly. "I have this new obsession with nudity, it's really weird. It may sound weird, but I just really love embracing the body."

And even though Ciara works out five days a week for an hour with trainer Gunnar Peterson, her goal isn't to be super skinny. "I can lose weight easily and I don't like to do that. I'm not trying to lose and get small. I just want to keep shape and I just want to focus on abs and glutes."

She tries to "eat clean" the majority of the time, which means loading up on healthy foods like egg whites, lean protein, fruit and veggies, but also allows herself to splurge here and there. "You have to throw in a cheeseburger and French fries or a brownie and ice cream sometimes. I would never advise somebody to be so strict to where you don't enjoy yourself."
