Courteney Cox: "Beauty Over 40 Is a Slippery Slope"

She's 47-years-old and still looks incredible in a bikini, but Courteney Cox admits that maintaining her amazing body takes work.

The Cougar Town actress, who appears on the new cover of New Beauty, uses the Tracy Anderson Method four times a week to stay in shape, she revealed in an interview with the magazine.
Anderson, a celeb trainer, is a favorite of Gwyneth Paltrow, Olivia Wilde and Nicole Richie.

And while Cox eats healthy most of the time, the former Friends star fessed up to a few indulgences.
"I do cheat, on occasion, with pasta or bread and butter," she said. "And I do eat a lot of cheese and nuts, which is probably not the best idea."

Cox also shared that getting older isn't always a bad thing. "Beauty over 40 is a slippery slope, but the life experience and knowledge we gain can make us sexier with age."

3You know? Both posts below crack me up. Amanda....how old are you? 20 something? Ahh.....you have no clue to what women after 40 can look like. It depends on a lifetime of a lifestyle.....not the age. It's called maintainance.....good health choices, lifestyle and take caring of oneself. Gordana? What's your prob? So what about plastic surgery.....too much of anything is bad.!!! In moderation? It's a great way to keep one looking good and society shows and proves it everyday. Men can get sexier with age.......women get older called "hags". Social Labels. It's about the person and my Mom at 70 could rock any 40 yr old. She was blessed with good looks, took care of herself and was one sexy and CLASSY woman.
LOL I'm supposed to feel sorry for her that she can't eat normally. You DO get paid to maintain what you have so no whining about it. Like they say, after 40 you can have a nice face and fat ass, or a tight ass and a face like skeletor
