Nine days after Eva Longoria filed for divorce from husband Tony Parker, one of Hollywood's most eligible bachelors is hoping he can give the Desperate Housewives star a second chance at love.
Dane Cook, who has been linked to Jessica Simpson in the past, used his Twitter account to test the waters with the actress Friday morning.
"Is it too soon to ask Eva Longoria if she's ready to date?" Cook, 38, asked his followers. "I'd like to take her to dinner, a divorce and then a movie."

Though Longoria, 35, has yet to respond to the comedian's tweet, a source close to the actress tells UsMagazine.com that she's ready to move forward. "She's figuring out how to put her life back together," the insider says.

Responding to Heather Skye, Dane Cook is really handesome Man, there is no reason why Eva wouldnt date him.. As far as Eva Longora yeah it is too early for her to be dating anyone.

Nine days guys, she is still shellshocked! Let her get through the holidays with her family. Remember the holidays are always the most traumatic periods of the year for those who are grieving. She may want a frivolous and playful evening with a new person in her life, but she has lots of friends and family that will give her substance and quality. Persoanlly I would wait, unless I saw someone moving in on her and I wanted a shot.
Before you cast too many stones at Dane he is a very loyal man to friends & girlfriends. You will not hear him trash talk any friends or EX"s Other then some raunchy comedy this is a very good man.
