30nobody asked her to go and get those surgeries. she doesnt look like her self. she need to go get counseling. not trying to say it in a mean way but their is something wrong when you go and get surgeries in one time. she looks completly different. i hope she gets the help she needs. lets not judge because she could be goin through something extreme
Look at any person who has been disfigured and cannot afford to correct or come close to correcting what has happened to them. But hey, let's face it, only good hardworking christian people should get that kind of attention right?

She couldnt look worst. Whats worst is how she looks on the inside. Last weekend, It was rainy here in toronto and I started watching the first season of the hills. Heidi was so cute and innocent. She had life in her eyes. She looks so gross now. It literally made me so sad.
Heidi Montag had ten plastic surgeries at one time, and now she's saying she "didn't know how dramatic the change would be"? Who does she think she's kidding? Just a couple of weeks ago she was saying how much better she thought she looked, and now she's sad about it? Seems to me she thought everyone else was going to think she looked great - when pretty much nobody does except her idiot husband.
All she has done to herself, she looks like a Drag Queen. The men in my office say she looks like a man trying to be a woman with that C H I N and those funky eyes and the boobs that are so over the top no one would ever want to touch them! YUCK! she is just gross now.

Of course she's not happy after all her plastic surgery. She wasn't happy BEFORE her surgery. You can't surgically implant, shave off, or inject happiness. It's a heart and mind thing, and you either have it, or you don't. She doesn't. The title of her CD said it all: "Superficial" is all she'll ever be.

OK, I've seen her stick around long enough. She needs to go and do something worthwhile with her life. Her preoccupation with her looks and her "celebrity" are way too disturbing. The only purpose she serves is for the rest of us to have a laugh after we get home from our daily grind. And we're NOT laughing with her. So young, so sad, so pathetic, so ultimately entertaining!
She's addicted and probably has BDD, Body dysmorphic disorder. If she had a jaw [censored me for using ch!n ] implant instead of reduction, she'd look just like Tori Spelling. Same plastic surgeon? She shouldn't have even begun surgery. At 23? What a disaster she is to herself and anyone dumb enough to emulate her.
