Jennifer Aniston and new BFF Chelsea Handler showed off their taut tummies while vacationing in Los Cabos, Mexico, to celebrate Thanksgiving.

This isn't the first time Aniston has invited pals to join her for some fun in the sun: In February, Courteney Cox, Sheryl Crow and Gerard Butler flew to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate the actress' 41st birthday.
