Work hard, play hard! Katy Perry found time for some fun during her busy tour schedule this week.
The "This Is How We Do" singer, 29, hit Kansas City, Mo. on Monday, Aug. 18 ahead of her show in the city on Tuesday evening. Perry took the chance to visit a local attraction, making the quick trip over the border into Kansas City, Kan. to have some fun at the Schlitterbahn Kansas City Water Park.
Perry shared a photo via Instagram of herself at the amusement park in front of a sign that reads, "Schlitterbahn Welcomes The Prismatic World Tour." The leader of said tour posed with one arm over her head, showing off her toned body in a black string bikini, a terry cloth grey striped beach cover-up, oversized sunglasses, and pink sandals.
"Thank you @schlitterbahn KC for hosting the kids on #theprismaticworldtour today!" she captioned the solo shot. "We can't wait to do our costume changes with our sunburns tomorrow!"
Perry also posted a cute video of her tour team hitting the pool in the summer sun. Shared via Instagram, the clip opens with Perry surrounded by four male members of her group in eye-catching pool attire such as a tie-dyed hat reading "Trippy" and a pair of classic black sunglasses reading "YOLO."
With their heads above water, the group throws peace signs up before diving underwater, along with the person shooting the video. As they come up for air, the cameraman celebrates the success of the capturing the moment, saying, "It should be good! I got it!"
