La La Vazquez Has Lost "13 Pounds" Before Wedding

La La Vazquez has slimmed down ahead of her July 10th wedding to NBA star Carmelo Anthony.
"I've already lost 13 pounds!" says Vazquez, 30, who hits the gym with Gunnar Peterson (who has trained Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian). "I work out with him every single day. It's for an hour and not on the weekends."
After those sweat sessions, Vazquez climbs L.A.'s Runyon Canyon "to get the cardio up," she told UsMagazine.com at the BET Awards PRE dinner at Union Station in L.A. Saturday

She's also watching her diet: "Of course I try and control the food -- I'm not going to say I starve myself."
Banned treats include, "No soda. After a certain time I cut it out. I love chocolate. Nestle Crunch, Kit Kat, chocolate cookies, I love them. [But] I've completely cut that out."

Vazquez admits she's worried about the wedding, even though planner Mindy Weiss has been taking care of all the details.
"Now that it's getting closer, I'm seeing the pre-wedding stress increase... The guest list went from this to that [indicating larger]. I'm trying to control it. It's, like, over the top now!" (Guests will include BFF Kardashian, and likely her new football beau Miles Austin.]

Vazquez, who will star in 2011 thriller Gun with 50 Cent and Val Kilmer, has a 3-year-old son, Kiyan, with Anthony, 26, who plays for the Denver Nuggets.
