Leonardo DiCaprio's Ex Bar Refaeli Breaks Her Arm

First a broken heart, then a broken bone.
"I broke my arm," supermodel Bar Refaeli -- who split with Leonardo DiCaprio in May -- tweeted Friday. "And I'm annoyed! Booooooo."
(The cause of Refaeli's injury is not yet known.)
Though the Israeli stunner, 26, and DiCaprio split for six months during their five-year relationship, a source recently told Us Weekly that they're done for good.

"She definitely has a hold on him," a DiCaprio source said. "But this split seems more serious than the rest."

Indeed, just weeks after the couple split, DiCaprio, 36, stepped out with Blake Lively, 23. "They hang out, travel, have fun," a Lively pal later told Us. "They're having a great time."
