Try Dancing!Tired of the same routine? Switch it up! Dance workouts can be loads of fun and very effective. Most fitness centers offer classes that can vary from zumba to strip tease. If you don't belong to a gym, set a great playlist, invite a few friends over and just let go! To make it harder, try it with some small hand weights/dumbbells. Calories burned can range between 74 and 80 for 15 minutes.

    This is not Gwen Stefani's trainer. Her trainer is named Mike Heatlie. Mike is the one who gets Gwen in shape and has been her trainer for years.
