Three months after giving birth to twins, Mariah Carey hit the beach in a one-piece -- and proudly showed off her post baby bod to fans in a TwitPic posted on Tuesday.

"Ocean work out! It's been a loooong time since I've been in the ocean," wrote the Grammy winner, 41. In the pic, Carey triumphantly beams and stretches out her toned arms and shoulders in a cleavage-bearing one-piece swimsuit, sunglasses and sun visors.

"My body went through so much," Carey recently admitted of her pregnancy with son Moroccan and daughter Monroe, born April 30. (The twins' dad is her hubby Nick Cannon.)

"I was so uncomfortable," added Carey. "I'm kind of proud of myself. I really am -- sorry, pregnant with twins is different than anything! [People] were always saying to me, 'Oh, but it's all worth it!' Yeah, but it's easy to say when you're not the one whose feet are this big! It turned into like a really difficult time."

35@Karen Shut up Mariah adores her babies and is even breastfeeding them something most celeb moms now a days don't do. she's always been a business minded person and so what if her and Nick have nannies to help out with Roc n Roe sometimes she's in a one piece in that picture because she's still got a scar fro her medically neccessary c-section and a bit of pregnancy weight to lose but has to keep 10 pounds of it while she's nursing which she should be comeneded for but won't be because people think it's dangerous to nurse with implants no it isn't. The twins didn't chose to be famous their mother and father did and being protective like they have been should be commended not dragged through the mud

Mariah Carey cannot get over herself, it is all about her, she may have a voice but the rest of her is pathetic. She constantly is in promo mode for herself. Mariah having kids is a joke, where will she find the time to give them the love and support children need when she is more concerned about her next photo op or storyline. Mariah Carey is talented and beautiful to look at, whatever size she was/is. And I love a woman in a one-piece. It's not what you see, but what you don't see. I'd prefer to let my imagination run wild

I also agree with Dana. I am kinda surprised she has said this since she worked so hard to get pregnant. I know having twins is hard, I have twins myself. My body will never be the same, but I am so lucky to have my boys and it was all worth it. I would do it again a million times.
