This princess's dreams really did come true!

Nicole Richie -- who underwent breast enhancement surgery over the summer -- popped up in London on Sunday for a Disney event at Kensington Palace, the residence of Duchess Kate and Prince William. Richie was on hand with husband Joel Madden, their daughter Harlow, 3, and son Sparrow, 2 for the "coronation" of Tangled heroine Rapunzel as the tenth Disney princess. (Following the likes of Snow White, Aurora, Mulan, Tiana, Belle, Jasmine, Cinderella, Pocahontas and Ariel.)

And the House of Harlow 1960 designer has recovered from her 30th birthday celebrations: a luxe, star-packed bash at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Sept. 21, followed by a friend-and-family-filled weekend vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where Richie's sexy two-piece bikini revealed the impressive results of her boob job.

"Yes, yes I have [recovered]," the birthday girl told Us Weekly in London. "It was a lot of fun."

And, Richie said, no hangover. "I felt great, it was a fun time!"

The Richie-Madden clan flew all the way from L.A. to London specifically for Disney's "coronation" event at the home of England's real-life princess. "It was a journey, but it's a once in a lifetime opportunity," Richie explained. "When I told my daughter that she was going to meet Rapunzel she was very excited. We're just excited to be out here as a family!"

Her favorite pasttime in London? "I like to shop. And I actually packed all warm clothes. I packed four suitcases full of coats thinking that it was going to be freezing -- and to my surprise, it's beautiful weather, so I'm a little limited on my clothes this trip. So I might have to go shopping."
