Jewel brought the sunshine to NYC on Wednesday!
Just three months after giving birth to her son Kase Townes, the singer-songwriter showed off her lean, post-baby body in a bright yellow dress.
The 37-year-old Grammy winner appeared on NBC's Today Show to promote her new children's music album The Merry Goes 'Round. "I wanted to teach kids about different styles of music," she said of her new album. "[On a lot of children's albums] the production is horrible. You kind of want to stab your ears out with pencils... I wanted something that parents would like."
"I hit the baby lotto," the first-time mom gushed. "He's just a really sweet, easy-going little baby. I'm so lucky."
Jewel credited the internet and being able to produce her album virtually with helping her to be "more of a stay-at-home mom."
"I live in a really remote part of Texas," she said on the Today Show. "My husband [Ty Murray] is a rodeo cowboy. I'm trying to figure out how to be home... but still do something I love."
