Step aside. Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Barbara Palvin hit back at her body shamers this weekend after critics mocked the 2016 rookie as fat.
The 22-year-old model, who was first discovered a decade ago in her native Budapest, Hungary, took to Twitter to clap back at her haters, tweeting on February 20: "Wooow. i got some nasty comments about me being fat. well i am not as skinny as i was when i was 18. but i dont consider myself fat!"
The following day, she posted a distorted, stretched-out photo of her face and joked: "I eat boys!"

In a separate interview with Yahoo! Beauty earlier this month, the Hungarian stunner explained how she prepped for the life-changing shoot. "It’s a huge thing in my career," Palvin gushed. "It’s going to change a lot — like everything’s going to change — after this comes out. And you know, it’s an honor."
Inside the issue — which hit stands on Monday, February 22 — Palvin looks beautiful and confident in coral and green bikinis. The model admitted that she dealt with some differing opinions about how she should prep for the tropical shoot.
"[I] tried not to go out, and stay in bed and sleep as much as I can," she told Yahoo. "And I work out, especially because my agency was pushing it. 'OK, Barbara, you gotta go four times a week, five times a week.' … But actually the reason why [SI] chose me is because they like my body type, so they didn’t want me to change anything for the shoot; they wanted me to stay the same way."
There was one Sports Illustrated Swimsuit veteran who was particularly kind to Palvin during the process. "I saw Lily, Lily Aldridge — she was shooting the day before me. And she was there when I landed," Palvin recalled. "She said, ‘Don’t be nervous; you’re beautiful, you’re sexy.’ She was very sweet."
