Taylor Swift's Workout Buddy Model Karlie Kloss Reveals Her Workout Routine and Tips -- Find Out How She Stays Toned!
Werk! Supermodel Karlie Kloss—and Taylor Swift's BFF and favorite workout buddy—revealed to Style.com how she keeps her famous bod lean and fit, and unlike her bestie Swift, Kloss added she prefers to head home after the gym to get ready!
"I like to exercise and get moving first thing in the morning," the Victoria's Secret stunner, who is the new face of Nike, told the site. "It's so important to change up your workout routine, so I like to take a range of classes," Kloss adds, who does everything from SoulCycle, Pilates, ballet, running and workouts with trainer Justin Gelband and Swift at ModelFit gym in New York City.
"I'm not a great runner, but I'm getting better! It's such a great way to break a sweat," the 21-year-old goes on to say, adding, "As much as I love to take cycling classes for my cardio workout, I always tend to be one beat off of the rest of the class and the instructor usually calls me out on it in front of everyone!"
Despite having a seriously svelte physique, the model admits she has trouble spots. "I personally find it difficult to tone my inner leg muscles," she revealed, adding she focuses on doing strength training and Pilates to target the area.
As for her killer abs? Kloss credits "good-old fashion sit-ups—It's something you don't need any equipment or trainer for and you can do anytime."

After sweating it out "consistently four to five days every week," Kloss isn't like her BFF Swift, who spends reportedly an hour getting ready post-workout to look like perfection exiting the gym. "I don’t have a gym bag. I usually just grab my vinyl coin purse and go … I like to head home if I can to shower and get ready for the day."
