Exclusive: Vienna Girardi: I Got a Nose Job

Vienna's getting a major makeover.
Bachelor Pad 2 star Vienna Girardi -- a.k.a. Jake Pavelka's ex-fiancee -- got a nose job on July 15, she tells Us Weekly exclusively. The rhinoplasty was performed by plastic surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose -- whose daughter, Erica Rose, is another Bachelor alum, and one of Girardi's Bachelor Pad 2 costars.

What inspired the 25-year-old Florida native to go under the knife?
"Sometimes our beauty is seen differently from within ourselves than what reflects in society's mirror," says Girardi, whose engagement to Pavelka ended abruptly in June 2010. "I went through life questioning myself in the mirror, but my reflection smiles now...If it makes you feel better about yourself, then I say do it"
The talked-about reality star -- now dating Bachelorette alum Kasey Kahl -- is recuperating from her surgery not-so-painlessly in L.A.

"It has only been a few days since my surgery and I'm in a ton of pain but the excitement of seeing my new nose soon is keeping me in good spirits," she tells Us.

thats good that she did that for herself and I hope that she can handle herself with a little mor diginty this time around and wish her nothing but the best overall and learn to comprimise and do not go to bed angry with your man or hausband solve you r aruguements and disputes as well
I never liked Jake and his fake supposedly caring for the women. Vienna was the tool for him to dump her because he knew no one liked her and once gone, no one would complain. I hope Vienna slices and dices him in the next show because I do like her. Go girl - give the slime ball what he deserves.
At least she can look forward to a lifetime of him serenading her with that lovely voice he has.....hehehehe
I always thought Kasey Kahl was gay? We all know who wears the pants in that relationship.....
Why should we care about this girl and her nosejob? Just because she was on a waste of time silly reality show that should have been cancelled years ago she is suddenly newsworthy. I think not. These bachelor/bachelorettes need to get a real life.

She needed it. I happened upon an article on her on this site about her boob job and I said out loud "She should have gotten her nose done" And voila!
Hopefully, she'll save up enough money for that operation to un-cross her eyes.
