American Idol Expecting Twins

Chris Daughtry and his wife, Deanna, are expecting twins this November, he announced on his Web site Monday.

"Deanna and I are overjoyed about this double blessing," said the Season 5 fourth-place finisher, 30. "Thank you for your expressions of love and support and for respecting for our privacy during this special time."

The singer -- who has gone on to front his own eponymous band, Daughtry -- detailed their struggle to get pregnant.
"Due to Deanna's partial hysterectomy in 2006, the couple used IVF and had their embryos transferred to a gestational surrogate," said a statement on the site.

The couple, who wed in November 2001, are also parents to Hannah, 13 (from a prior relationship of Deanna, 36), and Griffin, 11.

Chris is a very talented singer, no doubt about it. He's produced some very catchy songs! Congrats to the happy couple.
People have serious issues that they might want to see someone about if they are putting down someone who is going to use a surrogate. Who care what someone has done in their past? She is a very sweet person and I have much respect for this couple. Both as people and as a couple. Chris has stepped into the role of father with her children and is a very real, sweet guy. Deanna is a great mother. What do some of you have going on in your lives? Just hate?

Thank goodness it's a surrogate or she'd get even fatter. And YES she was a stripper. They refuse to talk about it, but the picture on the club flyer does not lie (google it.) Doesn't matter anyway because he'll leave her eventually. This makes 4 kids by three different fathers!
