Ashton Kutcher Gushes About Fatherhood, Says Daughter Wyatt Had a Candy-Free Easter

Dream daughter. Ashton Kutcher gushed about fatherhood in a new interview with Jimmy Kimmel on Monday, March 28, and revealed that his little girl, Wyatt, had a candy-free Easter.

"It's so good," Kutcher, 38, said of parenting with his wife, Mila Kunis, on Jimmy Kimmel Live. "It's so good. It's the best thing I've ever done." Which is not to say it's easy. Fatherhood comes with its own set of challenges, including one-off holiday characters.

"We actually were debating whether or not we were going to explain to her that a bunny was laying eggs," Kutcher said of celebrating 17-month-old Wyatt's second Easter this past Sunday, March 27. "So, we had a legitimate conversation as to whether or not we're going to go down that path. Like, we think we're going Santa Claus, but we don't know about the bunny. It's tough because it's like, 'Why is a bunny laying eggs? Mommy, does a bunny lay eggs?' … 'No, but the Easter Bunny does.' And then it becomes a whole thing … and what does that have to do with Jesus coming back from the dead?!"

The other challenge for little ones is obviously, well, sweets. "We didn't want to put candy in [her Easter basket] because she's 1-and-a-half and she's not quite ready. We're not quite ready for her to be ready for candy, so we did Cheerios and raisins," he continued. Luckily, Wyatt reacted positively to the bundle. "She loved the raisins! She was, like, going ape for the raisins."

In many ways, baby Wyatt is unlike her famous parents. "We eat sugar like crazy!" the tech entrepreneur noted. "It's there. We just don't give it to her … I'm not ready for that. I'm not ready for that. I was eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch this morning and [Wyatt] was trying to hijack my Cinnamon Toast Crunch!"

Fellow celeb dad Kimmel, 48, chimed in on raising little ones and said he was currently fielding difficult questions from his 20-month-old daughter, Jane. "It's tough," the late-night host noted.

"We just become big liars as they get older," Kutcher replied with a laugh.

The Two and a Half Men actor and Kunis, 32, welcomed their baby girl in October 2014 and married over the 4th of July weekend in 2015.
