Whoa, momma!

Camila Alves debuted her smokin' hot post-baby bod in a skin-tight black dress on the red carpet over the weekend -- less than a month after welcoming daughter Vida. (The former model, 27, and boyfriend Matthew McConaughey, 40, are also parents to Levi, 18 months).

"I think that after you have a baby, you still have a little belly. Things are not back to normal yet," she went on. "The flowy stuff and the layers really, really help."

Can you guess the A-list baby bump?

Not to mention: "We've got Spanx!" she said, referring to spandex undergarments. "We've got things that can help."

A GIRL DIED IN 1993, A MAN BURIED HER IN HER OWN home when she was still alive. The murderer chanted, "Toma sota balcu" as he buried her. Now that you have read the chant, you will meet this little girl. In the middle of the night she will stand at the side of your bed starring straight int your eyes. She will suffocate you like she was suffocated. This story is sadly true. If you post this 5 differnt times she will not bother you

Maybe Elizabeth had a Rhino instead of a baby.

Who cares how she got back her old figure. . .she looks awesome! Way to go!

jojoba oils and special creams make the skin feel good, but if you genetically are going to get stretch marks, you will, no matter how much cream you put on... It is sad that the media rubs our face in the beautiful bodies post baby of women that have the money to do something about it... But if we don't like it, why do we read the stuff??? ha ha ha

I gained 22 pounds, had an almost 9 pound baby, and was back at regular weight within 3-4 days (not tough if you do the math, but totally due to MASSIVE stress -- gravely ill family member who ended up dying). Anyone who can gain healthfully and lose healthfully while enjoying their new baby gets praise in my book. I do agree with Elizabeth, though. Some women bounce back quickly, and some don't -- but to have slim movie stars repeatedly shoved in our faces makes us all feel crummy when we all know most American women don't look like that. Doesn't give us an excuse not to TRY to lose the baby weight, but still....I'm waiting for the media to do a "wow, she's got a fab post-baby bod" while they're still cutting the cord. Give me a break!

  • February 01, 2010 - 11:43pm Belly Wrap

None of you hip young mom have mentioned use of the postpartum belly wrap (or belly band) and almond or jojoba oil to get your pre-baby belly back. Many cultures use these to help the skin reattach to the abdominal muscles. Jessica Alba and Brooke Burke are big proponents of the belly wrap and wear them 24/7 for 6-8 weeks after delivery.(Except when showering ;-)

Oh yea? Well, I'm 6ft tall and when I gave birth I was 350 pounds. Three minutes after deliver I demanded that a scale be brought in. I was 125!!! OMG!!! Some of us just bounce back quicker I guess. Sorry losers.

  • February 01, 2010 - 9:38pm LOL Elizabeth

Maybe Elizabeth's baby weighed 40 lbs at birth.

  • February 01, 2010 - 9:23pm Jaxxy

Hmm Lizzy, 52 lbs in 3 wks? Wow, you should go work at the Biggest Loser! Not!!!!

  • February 01, 2010 - 8:28pm Elizabeth

I'm 5'10 and was 150 pre-baby, 195 when I went into labor and was 145 3 weeks after I had my daughter. Some woman bounce back quickly!

  • February 01, 2010 - 6:03pm Poor Jill

I have to laugh at the posters who come here and feel the need to convince complete strangers of something about themselves. Yes, Jill I'm talking to you. Wow. You sure have issues if you have to keep coming back and posting over and over to convince us that you got back your pre-pregnancy weight w/in 3 wks of giving birth. Geez. How sad that this is so important to you. Step away from the computer and enjoy your baby.

  • February 01, 2010 - 5:24pm Miss M

@ Jill - I'm sure your stomach is perfectly flat w/o ONE stretch mark too. Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. Quit trying to make everyone else feel bad and like you're some perfect woman or something. Give me a break!

  • February 01, 2010 - 5:22pm Jill

Good for you! *insert sarcasm here* Now get off the computer and take care of your kid!

  • February 01, 2010 - 5:22pm Misty

Of course most of them have plastic surgery! Remember Usher's wife who almost died a couple months after having her baby - while having liposuction? We only knew about it b/c she almost died!!! think of even more famous people with much more money and power and can hide it. Most women are not that lucky AND in my experience, the less fat your have, the flatter your stomach is - then, yeah sure you'll have lost all the 'weight' a month after having the baby - but you'll have stretch marks and loose skin. I'm sure there are excpetions to every rule, but not many!

  • February 01, 2010 - 4:59pm Jon

    Wow, Camila looks great!

  • February 01, 2010 - 4:52pm patricia

I'm a skinny young mother of two...and my stomach looks horible now (stretch marks and a bit chuncky). I used to look like a model with a bikini on...The question is why would some actresses do a tummy tuck so fast if maybe they might have another baby? Don't tell me that their stomacks go back to the way it used to.

  • February 01, 2010 - 3:40pm LOL

Some of you are in denial. Do you really think celebrity moms don't have tummy tucks right after giving birth? It's been reported in other publications that this is the case. Why do you think these moms look so fantastic within a few wks after giving birth?

  • February 01, 2010 - 3:36pm Jill

to GET REAL.....NO it didn't take me 4 months to lose my weight it took 3 WEEKS to be back to my pre pregnancy weight(actually 3 lbs under pre pregnancy weight)!!!!

  • February 01, 2010 - 3:26pm A*GIRL

I never breatfeed either of my kids and I lost all the weight plus more. It depends on how much water you carry
