Talked-about fit model and new mom Sarah Stage was feeling nostalgic on Wednesday, March 10.

“Some days I miss being prego it was around this time last year when I was #36weekspregnant #9months with James,” she wrote alongside a throwback photo of herself posing in a pair of skimpy underwear. On full display: her controversial six-pack abs.

James, the 31-year-old’s son with husband Kris Jason, was born April 14; he weighed 8.7 pounds and was 22 inches long.

While sharing almost daily updates online throughout her pregnancy in barely-there lingerie, Stage angered those who claimed she was too skinny — toned tummy and all —  to deliver a healthy child. In March she appeared on Good Morning America to address the uproar. “As long as the baby is healthy I don’t think anything else matters,” she said. “That should be the most important thing.”

Hope everyone had a great day, thanks for all of the sweet comments about Jose. Outfit: @hotmiamistyles #MomLife

Abs or not, The L.A-based mom of James, 11 months, didn’t diet during her pregnancy — and even indulged in In-N-Out burgers and waffles!

“I actually had to eat more often just because pregnancy takes a lot out of you and you need a lot more nutrients,” she explained to Cosmopolitan in June 2015. "Initially, like a lot of women, I had morning sickness, which would last all day and make me nauseous. But after three months, I would eat chicken and steak, a lot of vegetables and fruit, and then towards the end of my pregnancy I had some cravings.”

Last April, less than a week after giving birth, Stage took to Instagram to show off her unbelievably slim post-baby body.

“4 days post baby. Total pregnancy weight gain was 28 pounds. I’m excited to resume my workouts in 5 weeks!!” she captioned the shot.
